Our practice welcomes referrals from colleagues and patients.  We strive to provide an exceptional and unique periodontal/implant experience by supporting our patients and their referring doctors in every way possible. At the appropriate stage of treatment, patients will be returned to their referring dentist. You may use or online referral or fax referral form.

We are available for consultation or treatment for any of the following:

• Moderate to advanced periodontal disease
• Root planing
• Laser assisted Periodontal Therapy
  
• Gingival augmentation with autogenous grafts or allgrafts
• Smile enhancement surgery
• Crown lengthening, both functional and esthetic
• Bone grafting procedures
• Pre implant extraction and socket grafting
• Maxillary sinus grafting  for implant placement
• simple and complex implant placement
  
• Preexisting single tooth spaces potentially requiring implants
• Supportive periodontal therapy
